How to get to Pašman?

Pašman Island or The island with the big heart!

 

No really, literary Pašman is one of only three islands in the world naturally shaped like a heart.

 

One of the strongest sea currents that changes direction every 6 hours forms the Pašman channel – the cleanest sea channel in the Adriatic sea.

 

The island features intriguing monasteries, scrapings and caves for those who like to walk on the wild side.

 

Pašman is famous for delicious local products, labeled with the quality mark of HOP (Croatian island product) for gourmets. It is very close to Croatian best national parks for all of those who like to spend their vacation in pristine nature.



		

BY CAR

Car ferry can transport the car from the land to the Pašman island.

BY BOAT

Numerous tourists decide to arrive on their yachts or organised tourist boats. Coastal places on the island have well organised docs available for boats.

BY BUS

Pašman is well connected with land with the bus during Summer. The local bus lines are driving every day and Croatian’s capital Zagreb is well connected with the smallest villages on Pašman island by bus.

BY PLANE

The closest airport is Zemunik airport in Zadar.

BY FERRY PORT

Connection between the land and the island of Pašman is enabled by regular ferry lines. There are two ways to get to Pašman depending on which airport or part of Croatia you are arriving from:

1.Take a ferry from port – Biograd Na Moru from where you arrive to Pašman island port – Tkon.

2. Take ferry at the port – Gaženica in Zadar and the island of Ugljan port – Preko.

Ferry lines tickets are purchased on ferry docks at the Jadrolinija counters. Buying tickets in advance and booking them is unfortunately not possible.
